SELF-ESTEEM
by Sabrina Desauliniers

That voice that tells you your not good enough,
And makes you believe,
How much you fell about yourself,
How is your self-esteem?

Are your worth it or are you not?
Are you willing or brave enough?
You are as good as you want to be.
But remember you control your self-esteem

People say things that we take to heart,
That really just shouldn't be heard.
The lies we listen to, the pain we hide,
While grinding our self-esteem

When we listen to others and not to ourselves,
We begin to hold grudges,
and no longer live our life,
All because of our self-esteem.
